Biodesal Ltd is a joint venture company established between Moree Water & Biodiesel Pty Ltd and Advanced Algae Technologies Ltd. Biodesal Ltd is developing new bioreactor technology for high productivity hybrid pond and bioreactor process growing systems.

CDI stands for Capacitive Deionization, a more efficient low energy desalination process that can suit small domestic requirements and is expandable to cater for large flows or higher salinities and because the units are modular can be scaled in series to suit commercial applications such as mine tailings or industrial waste water

Moree Water & Biodiesel Pty Ltd was established by Cubic QED Ltd who have patented a process for adjusting saline water quality for sustainable algae production.  Cubic was formed in 2005 as a private company in saline tolerant forestry and became an unlisted Public Company in 2009 pursuing algae projects.
